That those seeking Confirmation are already immersed in the life of the church, are knowledgeable in the faith and seeks to continue learning about and getting closer to God.
Youth will be engaged in the ministry of the church, both within Mass and the various liturgies but also in their families, schools, and communities being of service to those in need.
They will yearn for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, who will continue to strengthen and guide them throughout their lives, they will rejoice in becoming full members of The Catholic Church, a church they will continue to learn, live and support.
2. The spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him:
a spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
A spirit of counsel and of strength,
a spirit of knowledge and of fear of the LORD,
3 and his delight shall be the fear of the LORD.
